DCS has a team of highly qualified, friendly, customer facing engineers. They are able to provide you with computer support over the telephone, remotely over the Internet and of course on site.
Our engineering services are available either as part of an all-inclusive annual IT Computer Support maintenance contract or on an adhoc time and material basis.
Our annual IT Support contract ensures that your computer system is up and running as quickly as possible after a system failure.
Other companies offer hardware support contracts. However, unlike DCS, you will find that most fall short when failures are caused either by software or a combination of software, hardware and operating system.
Our support contract ensures that you get the very best service with response times available to suit your needs. The IT support contract can be paid by instalments and you will receive cover on the basis detailed below.
KEY POINTS OF THE DCS SUPPORT CONTRACT
- Fixed price contract to help you keep control of your IT budget, all parts and labour are included.
- Engineering team of experienced Microsoft qualified engineers.
- We pledge not to “pass the buck” and will even liaise with your software providers. Preventative maintenance and proactive system assessments during the year. Annual site audit and report of your equipment to help manage your assets.
- Free loan equipment (if yours is not repaired on site).

- Remote Internet based IT support in addition to our on-site services.
- Network operating system IT support.
- Prioritised response times to suit both server failures and workstations.
- Computerised call logging system to analyse call history.

- Complete system rebuild in the event of failure.
- In house workshop facilities.
- All additional equipment supplied by DCS during the term of the contract will be included at no charge until the annual review date (excluding major system upgrades).
NON CONTRACT MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Should you decide you do not wish to take advantage of our full maintenance contract, we are happy to provide maintenance services on a non-contract basis. Our standard charge rates apply. Non-contract calls however cannot be guaranteed a response time for attendance, as contract customers will always take priority.
