Document Logistix is an Enterprise quality document management system with ISO9001 accreditation that is ideal for departments within large organisations and also small to medium businesses
Purchase Invoice Processing
Whichever system your business employs, the key objective is for payments and goods received to correctly reflect the order. This is typically achieved by manually checking documentation. But, if your business processes 1000’s of invoices, manual checking and retrieving remains unreliable and time consuming. With direct integration to back office accounts systems, Document Logistix’s document management system saves time and administration costs.
When your sales department are tendering for a contract how useful would it be for all information relating to the quote and order were retained in one place and could be found at the touch of a button? By printing a barcode for the sales order in DL’s document management system, all specifications; drawings; designs and previous quotations can be grouped together and retrieved and referred back to at any time, reducing the risk of costly mistakes being made.
Following all the tasks of an HR manager, Document Logistix Document Management software keeps all employee records together, including CVs, contracts, copies of driving licences, pensions information, training records and includes archiving software for emails and their attachments. Authorised users have access to documents via a web interface. Our recommended Document Management system ensures that all security protocols are enforced with a full audit trail and the system is fully compliant.
