We are looking for an IT SUPPORT ENGINEER to join the company and provide support
to businesses based in the region.

A list of duties for the successful IT SUPPORT ENGINEER would include:

  • Installations of servers, Microsoft 365, workstations, printers
  • Day-to-day break-fix telephone support
  • Site surveys
  • Implementing security measures (AV, Firewalls, Web Security, VPNs, Patches, Password Policies and more…)
  • Technical pre-sales
  • Assisting our software department with installations

Requirements of IT Support Engineer:

  • Good troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
  • Fault resolution on Microsoft desktop operating systems
  • Microsoft Server 2012-2022 administration and virtualisation
  • Microsoft 365
  • Practical understanding of IP technologies, routing and structured cabling
  • Understanding and troubleshooting software applications and databases
  • Helpdesk experience and good communication skills
  • Cabling/patching skills are desirable, but not essential
