Deans Computer Services Plc (DCS) have been providing IT support and support contracts on accounts software in the UK for over 30 years. With offices based in Yorkshire and Lancashire and field service engineers based in the regions of Leeds, Harrogate, Bradford, Wetherby, York, Huddersfield, Halifax, Manchester, Doncaster and Bury we are ready to support you.

DCS Software application support contract

  • Software update releases and telephone assistance in their installation.
  • Telephone hotline advice in response to a fault call, to assist in the identification of the cause and the recommended action to take.
  • Data fixes and de-corruption carried out at DCS’s premises.
  • Logging and progressing a fault call with the software authors, when no known software program solution is available.
  • Free cover of new modules purchased from DCS (up to review date).
  • Remote modem support where applicable.
  • The technical backup of our in-house hardware engineers.
  • Computerised call logging with our best endeavour pledge to same day return of call (usually within the hour).
  • Provision of Year End Tax and National Insurance tables in parameter format (Payroll Contracts only).

  • Report Generator training and new report designs.
  • Setting up of additional companies and their chart of accounts.
  • New staff training (after completion of agreed training at installation).

Non contract services

Should you decide you do not wish to take advantage of our support contract, we are happy to provide partial contracts or telephone support services for non-contract customers. All non-contract support calls are chargeable at our standard rates. However we cannot guarantee a response time for non-contract customers.

All software supplied by DCS comes with 3-months free hotline support, with access to experienced software technicians to answer your technical queries.

After this 3-month period DCS offers a full support contract with a fully manned hotline, which where applicable, compliments the manufacturers annual licence to give complete cover on your software.
