Non contract services
Should you decide you do not wish to take advantage of our support contract, we are happy to provide partial contracts or telephone support services for non-contract customers. All non-contract support calls are chargeable at our standard rates. However we cannot guarantee a response time for non-contract customers.
All software supplied by DCS comes with 3-months free hotline support, with access to experienced software technicians to answer your technical queries.
After this 3-month period DCS offers a full support contract with a fully manned hotline, which where applicable, compliments the manufacturers annual licence to give complete cover on your software.
