Training Workshops

Deans Computer Services Plc (DCS) have been providing IT support and training in Yorkshire and Lancashire for over 25 years.We have training facilities at Boston Spa and can provide on site training on a nationwide basis, our trainers are based in the regions of Leeds, Harrogate, Bradford, York, Huddersfield, Halifax, Manchester, Doncaster and Bury we are ready to support you.

DCS recognise that even the best software becomes unproductive if the operators are not properly trained. All accounts software supplied by DCS is delivered inclusive of an element of training, which ensures all operators are proficient with the software.

Individual training can be provided on: Microsoft Office Products and use of e-mail systems, Network Administration and on all levels of all major accounting software applications.

We can provide both classroom training in our Training Room and offer "train the trainer" or one to one staff training on site.

Workshops and Training Courses

DCS offers regular training courses on Report Writing, Excel accounting links in groups of four to six staff members and Workshops for Payroll Year Ends and Accounting Software enhancements.

The training suite is housed in a delightful Georgian building, offering a fully equipped training space, together with a cloakroom and a comfortable reception area.

Our training courses usually run for half a day, starting promptly at 9:30am with a 15 minute coffee break at around 10:45am and a buffet lunch at 13:00pm.

The attendees will have a hands-on experience while learning the software, as they will have the opportunity to work on their own computers on exercises provided throughout the course.

A fully comprehensive training manual is provided free of charge detailing the software functionality covered in the training course.
