DCS’s highly qualified, friendly, customer facing engineers are able to provide you with IT support over the telephone, remotely over the Internet and of course on site. Our engineering services are available either as part of an all-inclusive annual IT Support maintenance contract or on an adhoc IT Support time and material basis. Our annual IT Support contract ensures that your computer system is up and running as quickly as possible after a system failure and the contracts can be paid by instalments , if required.
Remote Server Monitoring
DCS has the ability to access your server or virtual server in any state and diagnose the problem remotely from our offices. We also offer 24/7 server monitoring, where alerts and regular reports of the server, operating system and application health are sent to our help desk as well as notifying the user. If any action is required, our helpdesk will log a call and an engineer will investigate. We complement Manufacturers own on site extended warranties such as HP Care Packs
Software Support Contracts
DCS provide software support contracts on our accounting software products, such as Pegasus Opera and iQ from Intact. With a manned hotline we cover software update releases, telephone assistance in their installation, telephone hotline advice, data fixes and decorruption. We can escalate any hardware issues to our in-house hardware engineers and any unfixable software issues direct to the Software authors. Our service complements the Manufacturers own Annual Licences.
