Over the past few years DCS have seen various failures of different aspects on an Internet Service Provider's network; when this happens, it can leave our clients dissatisfied and without email for lengthy periods of time. Email downtime can have some significant knock-on effects, such as missed sales opportunities or loss of productivity. We have recently developed a solution which enables us to redirect email over other providers networks should one fail. The Resi-Mail solution allows DCS to fully administer any changes of configuration to your Domain Names or Web Site hosting quickly and efficiently, rather than having to log a support call with your ISP. In most cases many of these changes can be made very quickly and without the need for an engineer to visit your site.
