DCS has a team of highly qualified, friendly, customer facing engineers. They are able to provide you with IT support over the telephone, remotely over the Internet and of course on site.

Our engineering services are available either as part of an all-inclusive annual IT Support maintenance contract or on an adhoc IT Support time and material basis.

Our annual IT Support contract ensures that your computer system is up and running as quickly as possible after a system failure.

Other companies offer hardware IT support contracts. However, unlike DCS, you will find that most fall short when failures are caused either by software or a combination of software, hardware and operating system. The DCS IT support contract ensures that you get the very best service with response times available to suit your needs. The IT support contract can be paid by installments and you will receive cover on the basis detailed below.

Non Contract Maintenance Services

Should you decide you do not wish to take advantage of our full maintenance contract, we are happy to provide maintenance services on a non-contract basis. Our standard charge rates apply. Non-contract calls however cannot be guaranteed a response time for attendance, as contract customers will always take priority.
