Every system we provide includes a full three months on-site service from our top engineers to ensure that it functions and operates reliably as expected and to your satisfaction.

It is easy to be misled by Computer Jargon. Always ask whether your supplier's staff are Microsoft certified. DCS has been providing quality technical services since 1982. We are a Microsoft Silver Network Partner and have been officially recognised by Microsoft for our Network Infrastructure Solutions. Five of our sixteen technical engineering staff are fully qualified Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE), the remaining engineers have Microsoft qualifications in various areas of specialisation (MCP). These Microsoft qualifications are the only formal proof that an engineer has the knowledge and expertise to implement and support Microsoft based systems. The difference that this knowledge makes should not be underestimated.

Our installation Services include Machine Configuration, & Set Up of Memory Allocations, Loading of Operating System and Application Software, Create Windows User Menu with Application Icons, PIF Files. Set Up Printer Drivers for each user and configure individual machines and Connect to Network where applicable. We will transfer data and programs from Servers and individual users and assemble Server systems with Memory, Drives, USB's, Power controllers and Backup devices already to operate.
